Upstash's hosted MCP server that pulls current, version-specific library documentation into the model context.
The plugin README in claude-plugins-official describes two tools: resolve-library-id, which maps a library name to an identifier and versions, and query-docs, which fetches documentation ranked by relevance to your question.
It connects to a hosted remote server at mcp.context7.com over HTTP, so your queries leave your machine. It works anonymously with shared rate limits, or with a CONTEXT7_API_KEY environment variable for your own plan. The marketplace tags it community-managed.
