Eight reusable agent skills for the YYLO agent workflow: Ledger task management and planning, project discovery, wiki and artifact records, and benchmark runs.
YYLO Skills is the canonical, independently versioned source for eight reusable agent skills used by YYLO CLI, YYLO Ledger and YYLO Benchmark. Each skill lives in its own skills/<name>/ folder with a SKILL.md and a README.
The skills cover the workflow end to end: Ledger task and record management (ledger-tasks-yylo), planning a Product Development Requirement into implementation-sized tasks (plan-ledger-tasks-yylo), inspecting a product's architecture before changing it (understand-project-yylo), durable wiki and artifact records (wiki-yylo, artifact-yylo), validated workflow records (workflow-yylo), reviewed benchmark cases and evaluations (benchmark-yylo) and the Ralph execution loop for one assigned task (ralph-loop-yylo).
Every canonical slug ends in -yylo. The repository installs with the open skills CLI: npx skills add yylo-dev/yylo-skills installs all skills, and passing --skill wiki-yylo installs one. The README asks you to review skill instructions and scripts before installing them. It is a community project, not made or endorsed by Anthropic.
