Reference MCP server for persistent memory as a local knowledge graph of entities, relations and observations.

Stores entities with a type and a list of observations, plus directed relations between them, and offers tools such as create_entities and create_relations. The README says this lets Claude remember information across chats.

Data is kept in a local JSONL file; the MEMORY_FILE_PATH variable sets its location. The npm package is @modelcontextprotocol/server-memory.
